Refund Policy
All subsections products and services have a 7 day no questions asked refund policy If you wish to cancel within the first 7 days you can do so. After the 7 days you may no longer receive a refund for that subscriotnis service.
Cancellation of any Subscription products/services can be done at any point in time, without a advanced notice, except where a specific product or service package has an exclusion. (As an example, when purchasing a 6 month membership.)
Once canceled no other fees will be charged.
If a subscription auto renews you will have 24 hours to cancel that purchase, but after that you are unable to receive a refund for that purchase.
When a cancelation is done midway through a cycle the membership will remain active for the entire cycle, but you will not be billed after that for the next upcoming cycle.
Payment Plan Policy
This is applicable if you are doing a payment plan for a service or product.
If the payments are not fulfilled or if it is canceled your access will be revoked and there will be no refund.
Refund Policy (Coaching and Consulting)
Your satisfaction is important to us. There are no refunds for sessions cancelled within 72 hours of a scheduled meeting. You are reserving a spot on Elegant Innovations Calendar. If you fail to attend a session there is no refund given.
Results are not guaranteed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for coaching services or consulting services.
Accounts
When you create an account you must be 18 and the information provided must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account info confidential. You must notify us immeditlty of any breech of securing or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to cancel, remove, or edit your account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
